7.4kW single-phase is ideal for most passenger EVs charged overnight (adds ~50km/hr). For high-mileage users (80+ km/day), 11kW 3-phase is recommended.
Each charger has a revenue-grade sub-meter tied to the resident's app account. Consumption is billed per-kWh directly to the resident — the society's common electricity bill is unaffected.
